Refund & Cancellation Policy

If, in any case, a client is not satisfied within 7 calendar days after taking the first holiday, they may write to us at customercare@clubprideeo.com.

Policy Summary

  • Refund request must be made within 7 calendar days from the first holiday.
  • On approval, 60% of the amount paid (covering Administration charges, AMC, and GST) will be forfeited.
  • The remaining 40% will be refunded to the client.
  • Refund timeline: 90–120 working days.
Note: Processing time is counted in working days and may vary due to banking/operational dependencies.

Additional Note

The above-mentioned points will be considered only in case of dissatisfaction with the services. Refunds will not be initiated for any personal reasons. For special promotional package plans, if a client is part of the company’s offers, then only the service amount and administration charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount may be refunded only if the services provided are not up to the mark or not as per the commitments made by the company.

The company will first conduct an internal R&D (review and verification) process, and only thereafter will any refund request be considered as per company terms.
