VACATIONS OWNERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

The Decision and Discretion of Club Prideeo venture of (Medikriti Tours India Pvt Ltd.) in regard to the eligibility of any purchaser for being considered for the Vacations Ownership shall be absolute and beyond contest.

VACATIONS EXCLUSIONS UNLESS SPECIFIED

The following expenses are not included in the purchase of Vacations Ownership:

• SPA / Beauty Salon
• Food and beverage
• Sightseeing
• Medical Services
• GST
• Travel Insurance
• Transportation of Any kind
• Visa
• All Other Expenses unless specified or any expense of personal nature

BOOKING

Accommodation will be provided only to the number of individuals as permissible/requested and provided for in the opted category. An Electronic Confirmation (e-CV) would be sent to your registered email. Please carry the Confirmation with a valid government photo identity proof at check-in. We do not offer/guarantee booking on peak dates/extended long weekend or from 24 December to 3rd January every year. Alternate accommodation may be provided if your selected resort is unavailable. We are not responsible for false commitments made by salespersons/agents. Club Prideeo reserves its right to add/remove any Resorts from the list at its discretion.

INTERNAL EXCHANGE

Vacation owners can exchange their entitled week with Club Prideeo associate resorts. Exchange fees & utility charges apply. Current charges (per night): $99 for Studio Apartment, $120 for 1B/R Apartment in India, and $220 for International resorts. Charges may change without prior notice.

VACATIONS OWNERSHIP

Payment may be converted into EMI options at bank’s discretion. Payments must be made through official modes only (Cheque/DD/PO/Credit Card/Debit Card). Company is not responsible for payments made to salespersons directly. Resort availability is subject to real-time online status. No transfer of confirmations will be entertained. Club Prideeo is incorporated under the Companies Act with its Head Office at Plot no 3, 3rd Floor, Gurunanak Market, Lajpat Nagar IV, New Delhi 110025 (Shifted to Kalkaji, New Delhi 110019).

CONFIRMATION OF UNDERSTANDING

I/we understand the terms of enrolment and refund policies (cool-off period of 7 days). No verbal/written promises outside these terms are valid. Part payments will be appropriated towards interest first, then outstanding dues.

DEFINITION

Vacations Ownership means specific days of stay opted by you at any resorts offered by Club Prideeo. “Day” means the interval between check-in time and check-out time as per resort policy.

VACATIONS OWNERSHIP LIABILITY

Purchaser agrees to indemnify Club Prideeo against any claims, damages or losses related to availability of vacations.

PERSONAL INJURY

Club Prideeo is not liable for injury, illness, or death unless directly caused by its services. Claims must be made through insurance policies. Assistance may be provided at discretion.

CONDUCT WHILE STAYING

Misconduct, disruptive behaviour, or refusal to cooperate may lead to termination of your booking without refund and possible legal action.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Customers must review government advisories (COVID-19, etc.) before bookings. Images on the website are for representation; actual resorts may vary. Club Prideeo is not liable for inaccuracies provided by third-party suppliers.

COPYRIGHTS

Club Prideeo reserves the right to use purchaser’s photographs, names, and contact details for promotional purposes without compensation.

YOUR CONTRACT

By confirming booking, you accept all terms. Jurisdiction is Delhi (India). Disputes must be raised with Club Prideeo customer service for resolution. Compliance with immigration, passport, and visa requirements is the traveller’s responsibility.
